ClusterPBX offers support for many phones through auto-provisioning, to facilitate the use of the feature we offer many pre-defined Provisioning Templates that can be used with the phones and other IP Devices listed below.

Softphones are enabled for all user profiles by default, they do not need provisioning templates, and a user can still configure a softphone if their profile is configured to connect to a physical IP phone.
