You need to verify that a user’s phone has the expected configuration information inside the provisioning template that they actually download.

Use the ClusterPBX to find what phone and its firmware version a user currently uses.

You will need to access the Users panel, under a client account, whenever a new extension or service that requires one is requested by a client.

A user is requesting the ability to see the status of another user’s phone/extension and answer when someone calls their extension.

A user requests specific functions mapped to their phone’s buttons.

An extension needs to be re-assigned to a different person, or renamed.

On the Users page you can view the list of all user level accounts.
