How-to Access ClusterPBX Using Zoiper3 on Windows

Problem

I need to configure Zoiper3 to access the ClusterPBX VoIP from my PC.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Download and install Zoiper3 from the Zoiper web site
2. Launch Zoiper

   On first launch the Windows Firewall may prompt you to request permission to allow Zoiper to access your network connection – if you want to make calls you will need to click the Allow Access button.

   

3. Click the Settings menu
4. Click Create a new account to start the Account Wizard
5. Select SIP a an Account type then lick Next

   

6. Enter your credentials (User Name, Password, Server) then click Next

   Softphone configuration information is found on your ClusterPBX User account’s My Softphone page.

   

   CusterPBX	Zoiper Credentials
   User Name (your extension)	user / user@host
   Secret	Password
   Server	Domain / Outbound proxy

7. On the next page click Next – Zoiper will auto detect the settings, the Account name has no impact on the final result

   

8. After the autodetection process is over – click the Close button

   

9. You should now be Online – Go to the Dialpad tab to make a test call
