Description
The Digital Receptionist or Interactive Voice Response (hence IVR) creates Auto-Attendant menus.
These can be used to send callers to different locations (e.g., “Press 1 for french”) and/or allow direct-dialling of extension numbers.
Note
A Digital Receptionist can be nested inside another one in the case there are multiple levels of selection in the menu.
