It’s possible to set a Pre-announcement message on the Digital Receptionist, this pre-announcement can be set to play only for a specific period of time.

This can be used as an alternative to creating a completely different IVR for special holidays using time conditions (it is however less flexible).

Be sure to upload your recording before setting up the pre-announcement.

Client – Announcements

  1. Login under a Client account
  2. Click on Digital Receptionists in the menu
  3. Either double click the Digital Receptionist that you want to change or Click on Add Digital Receptionist
  4. Pick your recorded message under Pre-announcement (optional)

  5. Pick your Start and End date/time (if you desire to use them)
  6. Click Apply to complete the operation
