Problem

When someone or a team needs a direct phone number where they can be reached, or when a new employee that needs a direct line is hired.

Solution

  1. Log in into your instance of ClusterPBX – You must login with a client level account
  2. Click the DID option in the navigation menu
  3. Click the Buy tab at the top

  4. Pick a country and a city/prefix from the list – you can also type in the city prefix
  5. Once you selected the desired number from the list click the Order button with the shopping card on the right

  6. The Order a DID prompt will advise you of the charges that will be added on your monthly bill, click Yes to continue or No to cancel the purchase
