Problem
It’s possible to set a Pre-announcement message on the Digital Receptionist, this pre-announcement can be set to play only for a specific period of time.
This can be used as an alternative to creating a completely different IVR for special holidays using time conditions (it is however less flexible).

Be sure to upload your recording before setting up the pre-announcement.
- Login under a Client account
- Click on Digital Receptionists in the menu
- Either double click the Digital Receptionist that you want to change or Click on Add Digital Receptionist

- Pick your recorded message under Pre-announcement (optional)
- Pick your Start and End date/time (if you desire to use them)
- Click Apply to complete the operation
