Steps to assist in the configuration of any softphone software for the connection to ClusterPBX.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Connect to your instance of ClusterPBX
  2. Go to the My Softphone page on ClusterPBX

  3. Enter the information under the My softphone settings section in your software configuration

    If your Softphone application does not have a separate field for the port number add it to the server name (ex.: example.com:8060).

  4. Connect
