Many businesses want to direct callers to a different destination (IVR, receptionist, voicemail box, ring group, queue, etc.).

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Login to ClusterPBX under the Client’s account
  2. Click on the Time Conditions page in the navigation

  3. Click on the Add Time Condition () button in the toolbar
  4. Enter the following information under the Settings tab

    1. Name: Enter a name for the time condition
    2. Conditions True Destination: Select a destination for business hours
    3. Condition False Destination: Select a destination for closed days and hours
  5. Click on the Planning tab to configure the times and days that the business is open

    You can specify date ranges for the time condition to apply the conditions only on specific dates.

  6. Click the Apply button
  7. Go to the DID page (the time condition can also be assigned as a target for an Extension as well)

  8. Change the Destination to Time Condition
  9. Select the time condition you created as a Target
