From this page you can create automated scheduled verification, to redirect calls according to the date and time. You can then assign these time conditions as destinations in the other interface menus.
Two destinations are possible when a call reaches a time condition: Conditions True (inside the time slots) and Conditions False (outside the time slots).
When a call is received in between the start time and end time, it will be redirected to the Conditions True destination. Calls received outside of the start time and end time, or between the break time, will be redirected to the Conditions False destination.
Set up holidays and days off on the Exceptions tab. Conversely to regular time conditions, when a call is received in between the start time and end time, the caller will be directed to the Conditions False destination.
