You want to change the caller ID displayed on outbound calls for a user / extension.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Login to ClusterPBX
  2. Click on Users in the navigation menu

  3. Select the user from the list
  4. Click the Edit User on the toolbar
  5. Click the Advanced tab

  6. Change the information in the External Caller ID area

  7. Click the Apply button to complete the operation, changes should be immediate
