You need to receive voicemail messages for someone else, or you want to delegate the task of sorting out your voicemail messages to someone else.

Step-by-Step Guide
Users cannot assign voicemail mailboxes to either themselves or their colleagues, only telephony administrators can perform this task.
- Login into ClusterPBX using your User account
- Click the Voicemails menu item in the main navigation
- If you can receive messages from multiple mailboxes a column called Voicemail Box will be displayed to indicate the destination of the message on this line.
- You can press the Play (
) button to listen or download a message directly on the computer.
