This page contains the logbook of every call made or received from every extension. You can filter calls by using the search fields and export the log to a spreadsheet. Call recording will be kept for 30 days unless you have your own storage. CDR export to CSV is limited to 500 000 records.

Unable to connect to the server error
If you get the Unable to connect to the server error:
This error is caused by a timeout during the database request, fortunately there is a workaround:
Reduce the scope of the request (set a smaller time frame, specify a phone number, or filter only for the incoming calls)
If you really need all the data, export multiple csv files and merge them together using your favorite spreadsheet editor, such as Excel.
