Inbound call rules can be set in order to either blacklist / block calls, or redirect them to a different destination depending on the inbound number pattern, these rules are defined using Regular Expressions.

The above example will block all numbers coming from the 514 area code.
You can block a specific number by entering the desired number in the Match caller ID number (without any regular expression) and set its Destination if condition is true as Terminate and Hangup.
