Description
This page contains the logbook of every outbound call made or received from every extension, here you can:
- Filter calls by using the search fields and export the generated list to a spreadsheet, export to CSV is limited to 500 000 records
- Call recording are kept for 30 days, however you can purchase storage to increase call retention time
- Allow a delay of up to 30 minutes after the call has ended before the call recording can be streamed or downloaded
